Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns to drive leads and revenue efficiently. Create and optimize content for the website and landing pages to improve search performance and conversions. Ensure the website is technically optimized for search engines and user experience. Manage off-page initiatives, including link-building and online reputation, to strengthen domain authority. Track performance metrics (traffic, CTR, leads, conversions, ROI) using Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, and other reporting tools, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on search trends, algorithm changes, and paid advertising best practices. Perform any other tasks as needed to support overall digital marketing objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or any related field. 5 years of experience in SEO, content creation, and paid advertising, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot reporting, and other ad tools. Proven track record of improving organic rankings, creating content that converts, and driving ROI from paid campaigns. Proactive, results-driven, and able to translate data into actionable recommendations. Strong analytical skills. Excellent writing skills and ability to produce high-quality, optimized content.
