We’re looking for a Media Buyer who can take ownership of paid media performance — someone who is both strategic and hands‑on, able to plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns that deliver real results. Your goal isn’t clicks — it’s ROI. Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . Manage daily pacing, budget allocation, and bid strategies to maximise efficiency and ROI. Conduct structured audience, creative, and copy testing to identify high-performing combinations. Brief the creative team with data-backed angles, hooks, and insights to fuel new ad concepts. Build organised campaign and account structures (naming, tracking, segmentation). Analyse data and optimise bids, placements, audiences, and creatives. Report weekly on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) with actionable insights. Stay current on platform updates, new features, and performance marketing best practices. Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Work closely with the Data & Tracking Specialist to ensure precise attribution and reporting. Requirements 2–4 years experience running paid media campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred). Strong understanding of funnel strategy, conversion metrics, and optimisation levers . Confident interpreting data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio. Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and creative testing frameworks. Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients/budgets. Strong communication skills — able to translate performance data into clear next steps. A proactive, growth-focused mindset with enthusiasm for staying ahead of paid media trends.
