Job Description You’ll join a dynamic marketing agency as their HubSpot specialist, working alongside an existing team member to deliver high-quality implementations for their growing client base. You’ll work in a structured, ongoing engagement rather than project-based work, providing stability and the chance to build long‑term client relationships. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 7.30, the equivalent in your local currency Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 9 AM to 6 PM Work Arrangement: Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive HubSpot implementations for the agency’s diverse client portfolio Collaborate with the existing HubSpot specialist to ensure consistent service delivery Support the agency’s expanding HubSpot service offerings as they scale operations Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions Maintain high standards of technical execution while meeting project timelines Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and processes Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations to clients post‑implementation Participate in team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands‑on HubSpot implementation experience Excellent English communication skills (this is critical for client‑facing work) Strong technical proficiency across the HubSpot platform and its various hubs Experience working independently in remote environments Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously Bonus if you have marketing agency or similar client‑facing experience It helps if you’re comfortable working Australian business hours Bonus if you have experience with CRM migrations and data management Permanent work‑from‑home Immediate hiring Reminder Kindly apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
