Responsibilities Lead several design teams comprising of Electrical and Mechanical design engineers engaged in design and development of technology leading Switch Mode Power Supplies Define product architecture and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirement standards Generate, review, and implement engineering test plans focused on Robustness, Quality, and cost Seek/co-develop/implement new technologies Hands‑on RFQ creation and involvement Implement company standards for design process Manage, mentor, and grow team size and design capabilitie Qualifications Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering 10 to 15 years of experience as Design Team Leader/ people management role.
