Responsibilities :

• Review daily platform report (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, & Profit and Loss Statement).
• Prepare and review Agent Commission & Profit Sharing statements.
• Prepare and review weekly AP and AR statements.
• Review and reconcile cash flow & banking statements from banking accounts and 3rd party channels.
• Review and plan operational risk controls from a financial standpoint in accordance with company/industry standards.
• Coordinate with other operations teams on updates to the company’s mission and vision.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Departmental Managers.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• English communication is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work 6 days per week with daily on-site travel to Alabang (on-site).
• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred); CPA (preferred).
• Experience: Management/Accounting experience preferred.
