Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates. Job Role: Marketing Designer & Video Editor
Compensation range: Up to $2000 AUD/Month
Engagement type: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week , with flexibility to choose working hours. Some overlap with AEST hours is expected to support real-time communication.

They are looking for a Marketing Designer & Video Editor to help power their marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

About the Role

The Marketing Designer & Video Editor will play a key role in developing engaging content and creative assets that support the client’s marketing and advertising initiatives. From designing graphics for ads and emails to editing videos for social media and leveraging AI ad creation tools, this role blends creativity with technical know-how. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design digital assets for ads, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Edit and produce videos tailored for marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Leverage AI ad creation tools to develop creative and engaging ad content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative output with campaign goals and brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all visual and video assets
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or Video Editor
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work across digital platforms
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve)
  • Familiarity with AI ad creation tools is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of social media advertising and digital marketing design best practices
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver polished, professional work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliable internet connection and personal hardware suitable for remote work

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
