Overview

IT Asset Management Specialist (Up to ₱40K Base + Onsite Allowance + FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (5 days a week) | Weekend Shift (9 AM–6 PM PH Time), Wednesday - Sunday

This role focuses on IT asset performance and lifecycle management to support operational excellence and AI-enabled efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end tracking and documentation of IT and non-IT assets.
  • Execute deployment, retrieval, warranty checks, and replacement requests efficiently.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT inventory to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment for internal teams.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–3 years in asset management, IT support, or related roles, preferably in a BPO/IT-driven environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine) and inventory management processes. Basic knowledge of IT hardware and office infrastructure. Experience with AI-powered applications and AI coding assistant tools is a plus.
  • Non-Negotiables: Weekend shift availability (9 AM–6 PM PH Time); onsite work in Cebu City (5 days a week); strong problem-solving and customer-focused communication; willingness to support shifting schedules or multiple sites; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration and Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related field.

  • Reports to: Asset Manager
