Overview

Asset Manager at GoTeam – Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines. Hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home). Dayshift (5:00 AM–2:00 PM PH Time). Compensation up to PHP 90K.

In this role, you will help architect and optimize the company’s asset portfolio, ensuring maximum value, efficiency, and operational readiness to support our global mission.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and manage the complete asset lifecycle to ensure teams are equipped for success.
  • Develop and implement intelligent asset strategies and policies that reduce costs and maximize investment value.
  • Deliver data-driven financial insights on asset performance to guide executive decisions and future budgets.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in asset management, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or IT-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, inventory systems, and compliance standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with asset management tools (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, or equivalent) and experience with physical audits; strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial reporting skills.
  • Non-Negotiables: Excellent communication with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; based in Cebu City and available for a hybrid setup.
  • Bonus Points: background in Accountancy (CPA or CMA) and familiarity with ISO standards; experience using AI tools for analysis.
