We are seeking a collaborative and technically skilled IT HSE Consultant to join our SaaS Solutions Consultancy and Support team. In this role, you will be deployed to the Digital HSE product team, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) digital solutions. As part of the Procurement, Quality, HSE, and Sustainability Product Area, you will contribute to creating a safer, healthier, and more efficient workplace through integrated digital solutions. These solutions facilitate the early identification and avoidance of quality defects, promote a risk-based approach to safety, and enhance HSE reporting methods. As a member of Digital HSE, you will contribute to advancing proactive safety management within Vestas. Additionally, you will support efforts to consolidate and present key business information in a clear and actionable format, ensuring that digital tools are effectively adopted and deliver measurable value. Digital Technology Solutions & Digital Technology Products & Platforms & Project Execution & Portfolio Management Responsibilities In our agile, product-led setup, as an IT HSE Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to support and consult the Digital Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) product team within the Procurement, Quality, HSE, and Sustainability Product Area. You will collaborate with the SaaS Solutions Consultancy and Support team, engaging with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to enhance the role of IT in creating safer, healthier, and more efficient workplace environments. You will be tasked with sharing your insights on digital HSE solutions while assisting in designing, implementing, and continually improving integrated systems that promote proactive safety management, solid reporting, and compliance with processes. You will help ensure that technological solutions are aligned with strategic goals and effectively adopted to deliver measurable business value. This position requires a hybrid work setup, with a requirement to report to the office a certain number of days per month. The specific number of in‑office days will be discussed during the hiring process. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with the Digital HSE Product Team to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital solutions that enable proactive safety management and robust reporting. Support implementation and rollout of HSE systems across multiple modules and regions, contributing to configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Deliver post‑go‑live support, ensuring system stability, user satisfaction, and continuous optimization of live applications. Provide functional consultancy on HSE digital tools, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs, compliance requirements, and strategic goals. Assist in transformation initiatives within the Product Area, helping guide business units through solution development and governance. Participate in problem‑solving activities, including the resolution of system issues. Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in HSE digital solutions to inform strategic direction and tool evolution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Above 3 years of experience in IT consulting or HSE systems implementation. Experience with HSE digital tools; knowledge of Sphera. Understanding of HSE processes, compliance standards, and reporting requirements. Ability to work effectively in agile, cross‑functional product teams. Capability to collaborate with others while also contributing to team efforts globally.
