The Safety Officer 2 ensures full compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations. This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety across all company operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and update company safety policies and procedures in line with government regulations (e.g., DOLE OSH Standards). Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety audits. Lead incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective and preventive action plans. Facilitate safety orientations, training sessions, and emergency drills for employees and contractors. Maintain accurate safety records and submit reports to management and regulatory agencies. Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe practices in construction, installation, and maintenance activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related concerns and compliance audits. Qualifications Must be aDOLE-accredited Safety Officer 2 (SO2) . At least 2 years of experience in safety management, preferably in construction, engineering, or renewable energy industries. Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and industry best practices.
