Procurement and Inventory Associate

Responsibilities Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and negotiating prices to ensure cost-effective procurement. Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and quality requirements Support in maintaining accurate and updated inventory records in the systems. Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and conduct periodic stock counts. Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality. Coordinate with warehouse personnel for proper storage and issuance of materials Help manage documentation such as purchase orders, delivery receipts, and supplier invoices Work closely with other departments to fulfill materials requirements for projects. Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Preferred) At least 1 - 2 years of experience in procurements or inventory management, preferably in HVAC, office, or home furniture industries. Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and negotiation abilities. ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
