Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the procurement team. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices, quality goods, and favorable terms. Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Coordinate with other departments to forecast needs and avoid shortages or delays. Analyze purchasing data, prepare reports, and recommend cost-saving measures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
