Experience - ideally with at least five (5) years of hands‑on /relevant experience with finance, taxation, and accounting. Duties and Responsibilities Financial Reporting - Internal Manage the team on the month-end closing process and audit. Create reports for the management and stakeholders. Financial Reporting – Annual Financial Audit Manage the audit and the team involved in the audit and ensure it is completed on time. Coordinate with external auditors. Tax Compliance Timely and earnest compliance with tax and other government requirements. Review the working file of tax preparers before its filing. Keep records of the (ff): Filed returns Working file/supporting files Updated on tax and other relevant policies and advise management on recommended actions on tax and audit matters. Tax Audit Manage BIR audits and the team involved in the audit. Coordinate with internal/external parties, particularly the company’s tax advisor (SGV), the BIR and other government agencies. Oversee the regular tax reconciliation to assess any tax exposures. Finance Operations Manage Finance activities by planning, assigning, and reviewing staff’s work. Improve internal processes and systems. Maintain accurate and complete financial records. Participate in audits or reconciliations, as needed. Required Skills Advanced knowledge in finance, taxation, and accounting. Analytical and strategic thinking skills. Time management skills. Good communication skills, both oral and written.
