About the Role As the Service Automation Lead , you’ll design, govern, and manage the entire automation requirement process under the SIAM framework. This means capturing automation demands, defining clear processes for intake, managing the automation backlog, and reporting delivery progress — all while collaborating closely with multiple service teams. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the end-to-end process for capturing, evaluating, and managing automation requirements. Maintain a central automation backlog and ensure prioritization aligns with business goals. Oversee the design, build, and deployment of automation solutions in partnership with technical and operations teams. Track progress, report metrics, and ensure automation benefits are measured and realized. Coordinate across multiple service owners and vendors within the SIAM ecosystem. Drive continuous improvement in automation governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Must-Have Qualifications 10–12 years of experience managing service automation requirements — from intake to delivery. Proven ability to design and document automation demand capture and management processes. Strong background in project management and stakeholder coordination across large service ecosystems. Excellent communication and governance reporting skills. Experience in service delivery or service integration and management (SIAM) environments. Good-to-Have Working knowledge of ServiceNow or equivalent workflow tools. Familiarity with service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Exposure to banking or financial services organizations.
