The Opportunity We’re looking for a skilled and driven QA Automation Engineer to help build test automation from the ground up . You’ll be part of an Agile team working on high-impact projects for global insurance products — designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks that ensure world-class quality and performance. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment. Note: This opportunity is open to local candidates in the Philippines only. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications (Selenium, Appium, or similar). Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Collaborate with QA, Developers, and Product Owners to align testing with user stories and acceptance criteria. Execute and manage test plans, identify defects, and ensure timely resolutions. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Continuously enhance testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage. Document test scripts, results, and provide transparent reporting on testing progress and risks. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in automation testing (preferably in Agile environments) Strong proficiency with Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or C# Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) Experience with test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Bonus Points If You Have Experience collaborating with offshore/onshore teams A passion for improving QA processes and frameworks Soft Skills That Matter Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Self-motivated and detail-oriented Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies Why Join ECLARO?
