Research Analyst, Document Acquisition and Enrichment — FactSet

Location: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines

FactSet creates flexible, open data and software solutions for investment professionals worldwide, providing access to financial data and analytics used to make crucial decisions. The Document Acquisition and Enrichment team collects and processes public filings and other documents from listed and client-requested entities to ensure a complete and timely offering in the market. Processed reports are made available to internal and external end users.

You will report to the Team Lead and support the team’s business goals by meeting your individual targets. You are an individual contributor responsible for your own performance in all assigned tasks.

What You’ll Do
  • Timely sourcing of listed and/or private company financial reports and other documents; ensure complete coverage.
  • Maintain coverage lists and relevant statistical information on intake and reporting periods, backlogs, and timeliness.
  • Continuously identify and recommend new sources to the Content Development group.
  • Support clients on document queries.
  • Provide support to Fundamentals Operations and other Content teams to ensure report availability for updates at all times.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
