  • Review and process loan applications, including document preparation, and endorsement for approval.
  • Ticket handling, including monitoring, resolving, and escalating issues related to loan processing and client inquiries to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
  • Ensure and conduct monthly submissions and resolve any discrepancies in Credit Bureau reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient, timely resolutions.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients, as necessary.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all credit documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Maintain proper safekeeping and organization of physical and digital documents for audit readiness.
  • Completion of adhoc tasks such as creating and updating of SOPs, assistance in credit policies and other assigned projects to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in banking and finance or any related courses).
  • At least 1 - 2 years experience as credit operations analyst or any related role.
  • Experience in loans, fintech, banking, or equivalent financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of loan processing, credit policies, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Open to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
