Salary Range : ₱70,000 - ₱90,000

Work Setup : Hybrid

Shift Schedule : Day shift

Location : Ortigas

The role

The Credit Risk Analyst will join a growing team in the Philippines and play a critical role in evaluating SME borrower applications, analyzing financials, and applying a structured credit framework with curiosity and sound judgment. This role will be central to credit decision-making, ensuring that only strong businesses are supported while continuously enhancing risk assessment and management practices.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough borrower assessments and prepare clear, evidence-based credit recommendations
  • Review and interpret financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements) to evaluate creditworthiness
  • Interact directly with borrowers to gain deeper insights into their credit profile
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support seamless credit processes
  • Collaborate with global credit leaders to strengthen underwriting practices
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize credit tools, models, and procedures
What we\'re looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2–5 years of experience working in credit risk, financial analysis, or SME lending
  • Strong background in financial analysis
  • Can work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python for handling data and underwriting
  • Understanding of how credit scoring or statistical models work
