We're on the hunt for a dynamic Talent Development Specialist to be the driving force behind our team's growth. In this pivotal role, you won't just train; you'll inspire. You'll craft the learning journeys for our new and seasoned agents, ensuring they're not just prepared for their roles, but ultimately equipped to conquer the ever-evolving eCommerce landscape. If you're passionate about fostering talent, building expertise, and cultivating a high‑performance, continuous learning environment, this is your stage. What You'll Be Doing Design and implement engaging training programs for new hires covering company culture, essential policies, and mastering proprietary tools and software. Facilitate interactive virtual training classes via Zoom, encouraging active participation (expected on camera 50‑70% of your shift). Develop and deliver ongoing development opportunities to keep current team members ahead of eCommerce trends and tools – Email Marketing, SEO, eCommerce Website management, Data Analytics/Reporting, and Customer Service. Lead our Onboarding Week, assessing new agents' potential and guiding their readiness for success and advancement. Partner with Team Leads to conduct performance evaluations, pinpoint growth areas, and co‑create personalized development plans. Host one‑on‑one and group Zoom coaching sessions, diving deep into advanced eCommerce specializations and practical problem‑solving. Continuously create and refine compelling training materials, modules, and development plans that resonate with agent needs. Define clear career pathways and skill matrices, empowering team members to visualize and achieve long‑term professional aspirations. What You Bring Minimum 1‑2 years in training, talent development, or coaching. Bonus: 1‑2 years of virtual assistant or direct eCommerce operations experience. Solid practical experience in at least two of the core eCommerce pillars: SEO, Email Marketing, eCommerce Website tasks, or Data Analytics/Reporting. Proficiency with Shopify and Klaviyo is required; familiarity with other Email Marketing, eCommerce, and Reporting tools is highly valued. Experience with creative tools like Canva, and learning platforms such as Trainual and Loom, is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for making complex topics clear and engaging. A natural coach and planner, highly organized with an eagle eye for detail. Self‑starter who inspires others and brings high energy and strong engagement to every interaction. Proficiency with communication tools like Gmail and Slack.
