Performs routine verification of compliance to GMP, SSOP, HACCP in plant and warehouse. Performs investigation and recommends logical CAPA for non-conforming materials and processes, and customer complaints. Conducts verification of accomplished CAPA Plans issued to concerned departments. Conducts finished product releasing. Conducts internal audits on a regular basis. Conducts orientation of newly hired employees and annual refresher training. Participates in mock recovery/recall exercises. Participates in product quality checks. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records. QUALIFICATIONS (Skills, Education, Experience) Graduate of B.S. Food Technology. Has awareness of GMP, HACCP, FSSC. With good written and oral communication skills. With at least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing.
