Reports to QA Supervisor. There are no full-time positions reporting to this position. Key Responsibilities Monitors production processes and records unusual incidents, deviations, problems occurring during production to ensure food safety and quality management system programs are effectively implemented and properly monitored. Performs routine verification of compliance to GMP, SSOP, HACCP in plant and in warehouse. Performs investigation and recommends logical CAPA for non-conforming materials and processes, and customer complaints. Conducts verification of accomplished CAPA Plans issued to concerned departments. Conducts finished product releasing. Conducts internal audits on a regular basis. Conducts orientation of newly hired employees and annual refresher training. Conducts supplier audits. Participates in mock recovery/recall exercise. Participates in product quality checks. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records. Qualifications (Skills, Education, Experience) Graduate of B.S. Food Technology. Has awareness on GMP, HACCP, FSSC.
