As a Specialty Product Specialist IV within Trade and Working Capital, you will be responsible for processing trade finance transactions to help facilitate the purchase and sale of goods. Trade and Working Capital Operations offers product offerings which enable international trade and mitigate related risks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure the transactions are processed in accordance with JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and applicable rules (e.g., International Chamber of Commerce Rules such as UCP600, ISBP, URR725).
  • Monitor queues and task allocation, manage assigned transactions, perform pending follow-up, and ensure completion with quality as per the service level agreement.
  • Identify red flags or regulatory issues (OFAC, AML, and related breach language) and escalate for review.
  • Partner with other transaction processing teams, adopt best practices, and strive for timely delivery.
  • Identify and escalate issues promptly that may impact service.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, management, Sales, Service, and Product stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities with accuracy and attention to detail; prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Understand upstream and downstream implications; perform detailed research to resolve issues.
  • Actively participate in new projects and maintain compliance with JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and local regulatory rules.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • At least 2 years of Trade work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of US regulations and OFAC compliance.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Background in Banking is advantageous, preferably with Accounting and Finance.
  • Certifications such as CDCS (Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists) and CITF (Certificate in International Trade and Finance) are preferred.
