Job Description Customer Service, Digital, Sales Experience, and Inventory Management Job Responsibilities Assist customers in using digital channels through face-to-face digital user assistance or education. Attend to sales and service needs of customers. Approve and process sales and service applications and transactions in the system. Process payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (Graduate). Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles. Willing to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM tools, POS systems, online platforms). Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills. Proficiency in problem-solving.
