Overview - Hiring: Store Operations Manager

Location: Pasay, Metro Manila (will be assigned in different areas of Metro Manila). Employment type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month. Schedule: Day shift.

Responsibilities
  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering
  • Willing to work in Pasay and to be assigned in different areas of Metro Manila
  • Motivating sales team
  • Creating business strategies
  • Facilities/Maintenance/Building
  • Establishing, implementing and monitoring internal controls and processes
  • Ensure that the Operations organization is well resourced, trained and equipped to deliver the desired level of output
  • Know-how management: technology improvement, process & cost optimization in coordination with the Head
  • Manage plant and equipment, raw materials, process, product and confidential manufacturing instructions
  • Ensure compliance with local legal regulations and permits
  • Execute/monitor Continuous Improvement Programs in costs, performance, quality, energy, safety
  • Ensure right staffing, coordinated with HR
  • Manage plant organization and plant employees to ensure service level to Business
  • Actively review product portfolio and ensure compliance with existing permits
  • Manage, motivate and develop employees in line with management principles
  • Ensure on-time production (quantity, quality, cost and time), control stocks and resources
  • Manage site and production units of the plant according to legal requirements
