Overview SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGISTSalary: Up to PHP 17,200 Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or encourage the audience to respond positively to the campaign. Develop content for multiple platforms and manage related tasks as part of a remote team. Responsibilities Develop content for multiple platforms such as social media, website, email marketing, product descriptions, video, and blog Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product ready for posting (camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects) Follow an editorial calendar and collaborate with the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize online visibility Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms with budget optimization Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Proven record of excellent content creation demonstrated in a professional portfolio Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or BPO industry is an advantage Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Lumen5, and other similar platforms) or equivalent Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and other essential design tools) Basic video editing skills (Capcut, Filmora, or other video editing applications) Knowledge of layout, design, typography; digital and print formatting requirements Familiarity with current technologies (desktops, cloud services, CRMs) Experience with multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheets; knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) Ability to handle phone, email, and instant messaging communication platforms Advance computer skills; strong time management and organizational skills Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to new responsibilities Equipment & Software Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least i3/Core i5 or equivalent; 8 GB RAM) Headset: Noise-cancelling computer headset Internet: Wired connection; minimum 10 Mbps Software: Microsoft Office, PDF viewer, AnyDesk, Google Drive, Discord, Zoom Graphic Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator Video Editing: Capcut, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro Benefits & Details Permanent work-from-home; full-time and long-term employment Basic salary plus government-mandated benefits, health benefits, leaves, bonuses, and other incentives Salary based on skills, attitude, performance, and attendance Opportunity for regularization and promotion Shift: Graveyard, Monday to Friday Clients: US and Canadian clients Location: Batangas, Calabarzon, Philippines Note: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing.
