Assistant Interior Design Manager

Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of deliverables by external interior design consultant. Responsibilities include: Coordinates with design team, other departments and external ID consultants for request of plans, project brief, marketing brief, clarificatory meetings Prepares documents such as inter-office memos for ID recommendations, initial ID layouts/test-fits, Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award, and necessary document attachments of consultant’s progress billings Assists ID Manager in the review of documents such as proposals/contracts for signing and notarization Assists ID Manager in the review for accuracy and completeness of interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant Processes accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultant Monitors ID consultant’s timeliness in providing design deliverables Participates in interior design standardization efforts Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor About the Company: SM is the leading Philippine company that is invested in market-leading businesses in retail, banking and property.
