SMDC Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines Talent Acquisition | Planning & Design, and Project Development Hiring Needs Job Responsibilities Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of external ID consultants’ deliverables. Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group and other departments. Reviews documents such as inter-office memos for ID recommendations, initial ID layouts/test-fits, Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award, necessary attachments of consultant’s progress billings, and proposals/contracts. Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultants for accuracy and completeness. Reviews accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultants. Manages ID consultants’ timeliness in providing design deliverables. Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Qualifications Licensed Interior Designer/Interior Architect 4+ years of work experience in Project/Design Management; real estate developer experience is a plus Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp Strength in Design Management, plan review and coordination Highly organized with keen eye for detail Excellent presentation and communication skills Emotional intelligence, adaptability, curiosity & life-long learning, innovative, collaborative Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Design and Art/Creative #J-18808-Ljbffr
