Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide the onboarding team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of candidates. Oversee onboarding workflows to ensure all requirements are met in a timely and compliant manner. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to onboarding issues. Collaborate closely with the clients and managementto streamline operations and ensure smooth handoffs. Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Develop and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and quality. Ensure all SOPs and compliance standardsare strictly adhered to. Manage team members’ time offs and attendance, ensuring adequate coverage at all times. Generate reports and updates for management as required. Qualifications 2-4 years' experience as a Supervisor Proven experience in RPO or recruitment operations setting 2+ years in Onboarding and Credentialing processes (preferred) Leadership or supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of compliance requirements and documentation standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively Proficiency with MS Office and relevant HR/credentialing systems. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. High school diploma or its equivalent (required). Must reside within NCR or neighboring regionsfor contingency purposes. Willing to work on a US shift schedule (EST Time Zone). #J-18808-Ljbffr
