About the role Yinshan Lending Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As the Collection Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our collection's operations, leading a team of dedicated collectors and ensuring efficient debt recovery processes. What you'll be doing Manage and supervise a team of collections agents, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to ensure optimal results Develop and implement effective collections strategies and processes to maximise debt recovery Monitor and analyse team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless collections operations and customer service Maintain detailed records and reporting on collections activities, progress and outcomes Foster a positive and motivating team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies governing collections practices What we're looking for Minimum of 5 years of experience in a collections or customer service supervisory role, preferably in the financial services industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and utilise performance metrics to drive improvements Thorough understanding of collections regulations, policies and best practices Proven track record of successfully driving collections performance and meeting or exceeding targets Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment What we offer At Yinshan Lending Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
