Responsibilities Strategy Development Develop and roll-out a solid social media strategy, with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on organic global social channels such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Lead the planning of global social media calendars, ensuring a consumer-first and data-driven approach Lead daily social operations across global social platforms ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers Ideation and Analysis Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives; collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams such as the Creative, Copywriting and Country Marketing Teams to produce such content Oversee community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience Lead in the ideation and coordination of social media activations, including IG Lives and social giveaways Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau Continuously test and optimize our organic social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop a lean and mean global social marketing team Lead the Social Centre of Excellence (CoE) by overseeing and providing clear and strategic guidance to the Global Social Squad (country Social teams) to ensure global brand consistency and achievement of overall global Social targets Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify key campaigns through social Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global social initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders Critical success factors & key challenges Social channel performance: Traffic, NSBR, CR%, NC Followership, Reach, Engagement Management of Global Social Marketing Budget Global Social Operations Excellence Team retention Qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail Familiarity with trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation Strong proficiency in video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut Comfortable being in front of the camera Experience in photography, videography, and basic graphic design will be a plus Benefits Flexible Work Arrangement Work from anywhere Flexible and adjustable work hours Staff Wellness Comprehensive corporate insurance (Fully covered visits at our panel clinics, dental coverage, maternity reimbursement) Learning and Career Development Learning and development (i.e. subscription plans to best-in-class resources, personal development fund etc) Dedicated leadership training for those of managerial responsibilities Friday pm off for learning #TeamLB perks Generous staff discount off LB products Welcome to #TeamLB swag and store gift cards (get your LB work outfit on us) Employee driven peer-to-peer recognition platform to honour and celebrate everyday achievements Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
