For one of our clients, we are looking for an Art Director, remotely from the Philippines.

As an Art Director, you will be a key player in shaping the brand’s creative direction. You will develop compelling visual content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging. Working closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders, you will drive creative strategies that enhance engagement and conversion rates. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise to develop high-impact campaigns. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development of creative concepts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring a strong and recognizable visual identity.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to a team of designers, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Conduct design critiques and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and marketing objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring efficient task distribution and on-time delivery of creative assets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing team efficiency and creative output.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with web design tools like Figma.
  • Strong understanding of how design impacts eCommerce performance and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Remote, Philippines
  • Working hours: Availability required for meetings and collaboration across time zones
    • November - March: 5 PM - 1 AM PHT (4 AM - 12 PM EST)
    • March - November: 4 PM - 12 AM PHT (4 AM - 12 PM EST)
