Overview

Calling All Engineering Graduates – Join DC Power-Up 2.0

Globe, in partnership with STT GDC Philippines and EPI, offers a fully sponsored training program to equip aspiring engineers with foundational skills for the data center industry. Through this program, you’ll gain specialized training, learn from industry experts, and be placed in STT GDC Philippines’ candidate pool for future hiring needs.

Responsibilities
  • Keep the Data Center running: ensure seamless 24/7 operations of facilities.
  • Be a first responder: serve as the Level 1 escalation point for operational incidents and major issues.
  • Troubleshoot with expertise: manage M&E systems, security, networks, plumbing, and critical facilities equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records: log and update requests, incidents, and provisioning through the ticketing system.
  • Champion best practices: apply ITIL frameworks and industry standards to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Open to all engineering graduates, including: Industrial Engineers (IEs), Civil Engineers, Electronics & Communications Engineers (ECEs), Electrical Engineers (EEs), and other engineering-related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or those with up to 1–2 years’ work experience.
  • Passionate about technology and infrastructure.
  • Motivated to succeed in a high-demand, high-reward industry.

  • Dates: October 27–29, 2025
  • Format: Face-to-face, instructor-led training
  • Location: STT Makati, Chino Roces Extension

Eligibility
  • Open to all engineering graduates
  • Specializations: IE, Civil, ECE, EE, and other engineering-related courses
  • Fresh graduates or with up to 1–2 years’ work experience

  • Complete the HireVue assessment (skills and compatibility)

  • Final selection: 30 participants will be chosen and notified via email
