Job Title: Legal Privacy Technology Analyst
Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:
We are hiring a Legal Privacy Technology Analyst to support the implementation of privacy technologies and ensure regulatory compliance across systems and processes. This role involves technical support, documentation, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring of data privacy tools and controls.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in deploying and configuring privacy-enhancing technologies, and integrate privacy requirements into business systems.
  • Monitor and maintain tools for managing data subject requests, consent, and preference centers to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and escalate data privacy and protection risks as needed.
  • Support audits, respond to regulatory inquiries, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data flow documentation.
  • Provide technical privacy support, contribute to training initiatives, and stay informed on emerging privacy tech and compliance trends.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with privacy technologies or data protection tools (e.g., consent platforms, data governance tools).
  • Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and support compliance audits.
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.
