Job Description
AI and Privacy Governance Manager. Operationalizes policies in relation to AI and Data Privacy by translating them into actionable assessments, tools, and controls across Globe’s environment. Implements AI and Privacy frameworks through Privacy Impact Assessments and Responsible AI Checklists, conducts compliance-monitoring, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure policy enforcement.

Responsibilities
  • Translate AI and privacy governance policies into practical administrative, technical, and physical controls for projects and systems.
  • Coordinate the rollout and adoption of governance tools such as RAI assessments, DPIAs, and control templates.
  • Support project teams in applying controls and completing assessments aligned with policy requirements.
  • Track the completion, quality, and effectiveness of assessments, and escalate high-risk findings.
  • Monitor policy compliance across business units and prepare reports for audit and risk reviews.
  • Deliver training, onboarding, and communications to teams regarding governance requirements.
  • Assist in the review and alignment of contract templates and third-party governance requirements.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Legal, ISG, PMO, and Risk to embed governance controls across the enterprise.

  • Training and onboarding toolkit for governance processes
  • Compliance issue summary and escalation reports
Hiring Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, information technology, or privacy management; AI-related experience
  • Knowledge of RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012
  • Background in telecommunications and/or digital technology
  • Experience in data privacy, regulatory compliance, data, and AI
Certifications/Licenses
  • IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E)
  • IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)
  • IAPP Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT)
  • IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP)
  • ISO 27701/ISO 47001
