Setup and Location Work from Home Work Schedule 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT Employment Type Full-time Ready to do work that actually excites you? This role is focused on developing high quality content and building strong backlink profiles to drive measurable traffic growth. You’ll report directly to our Content Manager, and play a key part in elevating our brand’s visibility across multiple digital channels. You’ll be responsible for leading the charge on link building, improving our domain authority, and finding creative ways to grow organic reach. While much of our on-page SEO is already in good shape, there’s plenty of opportunity to refine and enhance what’s there. What You’ll Do Develop and execute white-hat link building strategies Research and pursue outreach opportunities for backlinks and brand mentions Create and edit SEO-friendly content that aligns with Hey Jack’s tone and values Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and link performance Suggest improvements for on-page SEO and content structure Prepare monthly reports highlighting wins, insights, and next steps Collaborate closely with Renee and the marketing team on overall content direction Requirements What You Bring Fluent English skills (written and verbal) – this is essential Strong experience in SEO strategy, content marketing, and link building Ability to write and humanise content without relying heavily on AI tools Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical mindset Confident working independently with accountability for results Reliable, proactive, and driven to continuously learn and improve Available to work 9am–6pm Melbourne time (6am–3pm Philippines) Bonus if knowledgeable with Adwords Benefits HMO, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and one free dependent from day one (with the option to enroll additional dependents) Paid Leaves: Birthday, Vacation, Medical, and Maternity (up to 6 Vacation Leaves are convertible to cash on your anniversary) Employee Engagement Activities: Year-End Party, Family Day, Team Building, and more Let’s Talk If you’re thinking “this sounds like me”—it probably is.
