About the role
This full-time Project Manager position at CCFCC' offers an exciting opportunity to play a key strategic role in driving critical mining project within the Surigao del Sur Caraga region. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and resourcing to implementation and reporting. Your expertise in analysis and reporting will be instrumental in ensuring the success and continuous improvement of these vital initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard
  2. Coordinate and oversee cross-functional project teams, allocating resources effectively and providing leadership and direction
  3. Analyse project data and generate detailed reports to track progress, identify risks and recommend strategies for optimisation
  4. Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and internal departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing contingency plans as required
  6. Continually seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive efficiency and quality
  7. Provide production that exceeds the expectation of the Contractor

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in mining field
  2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to influence and negotiate
  5. Proficient in project management software and tools, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies
  6. Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Operations Management or Project Management
