On-site - Cavite 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop accurate layout and floor plans in AutoCAD for client approval and site implementation Create high-quality 3D renderings and interior/exterior visualizations for presentations Produce walkthrough animations using Enscape or Lumion Collaborate with the design and construction team to ensure alignment between design and build Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections Produce complete, detailed construction drawings Ensure compliance with building codes , zoning laws, and industry standards Qualifications Licensed Architect (with valid PRC license) Minimum 2 years experience in residential architecture Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion Skilled in rendering, space planning, and technical detailing Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design accuracy Good communication skills and a team-player mindset Preferred Skills Strong background in residential projects (bungalows, two-storey homes, modern houses, etc.) Knowledge of local building codes and permitting process Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time Working location details provided above.
