E-commerce Operations Manager (3 month Contract) Join a passionate and purpose-driven team in our journey to 10x the business. Our 2 brands, Gugo and Curls, provide solution-focused, effective hair care products for hairfall and curly hair care. We have presence in national retailers such as Watson’s, Mercury Drug, and Robinson’s as well as online through zenutrients.com.ph, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Google Suite equivalent. At least professional fluency in English and Filipino. You can expect to be accountable for the following: Affiliate Marketing Operations Campaign Operations Affiliate Marketing Operations Approve and Monitor Affiliate Applications Manage sample sending, commission setup, payout validation, boosting execution. Respond to and manage emerging/new affiliates. (Tiering, Chats, Troubleshooting) Campaign Operations Handle Platform Campaign Submissions Ensure Correct Discounting, Bundling and Voucher Set Up Artwork creation for ecommerce campaigns. Maintain accurate and optimized product listings across platforms. Upload new SKUs with correct copy, images, attributes Work setup and expectations Report to office in Sucat, Paranaque and/or Libis, QC minimum 3 times a week, subject to change. Balance is remote work Flexi-time but expected to attend all required meetings (within 9-6pm) Punctuality with deadlines, projects, and meetings Joining The Greenhouse , you will have become part of a large ecosystem of companies designed to give back to the Filipino people through dignity of work.
