Overview We’re hiring a Senior Social Media & Marketing Manager to own creative execution of international key accounts and take charge of team leadership across our Asia‑Pacific operations. With active operations in Oslo and Manila, we are now entering a strategic growth phase and are looking to expand further and stronger into the Asia‑Pacific market. Qualifications 4+ years of social media experience, ideally within an agency or a fast‑paced creative environment Proven leadership and experience managing both people and key client accounts A college degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field Proficiency in short‑ and long‑form video editing Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn A strong performance mindset, using data and feedback to optimize content High‑level creative thinking and critical problem‑solving skills Key Responsibilities Managing two international key client accounts Leading the planning and execution of content calendars and campaigns across platforms Editing 4‑6 content pieces per week (10‑15 sec Instagram reels) Using Monday.com to structure, assign, and oversee tasks across internal teams Coordinating with internal editors and designers, or pulling in resources if needed help Writing and overseeing the creation of compelling, strategic, and visually cohesive posts Creating funnels for each post – linking them to specific destinations or objectives Monitoring KPIs and using analytics to drive performance improvements Handling approvals, communications, and reporting for clients Building and evolving workflows, creatives and systems across projects Leading feedback cycles, overseeing quality control, and maintaining accountability across the team Hiring Process Quick Apply via LinkedIn Intro Call (15 mins) Case Challenge (simulate content output) Final Interview 3‑Month Paid Trial Full Role Onboarding + Handover in December Contract Details This is a contracted position, not direct employment.
