Overview

The Compliance Officer - Corporate Governance under the supervision of the Head, Regulatory Compliance Division (RCD) and Chief Compliance and Governance Officer (CGGO), performs duties involved in assisting the Head, RCD, and CGGO carry out the daily operations and functions of the Compliance Group and in planning, organizing, leading and controlling the conduct of overseeing and coordination of the implementation of the BSP regulations and Bank's Compliance System.

Qualifications
  • With at least 5 years' experience in the field of compliance, audit, accounting, methods/policies or internal control in banks.
  • Analytical and has a macro-level ability to comprehend and interpret regulations and policies.
  • With Policy-Writing Skills.
  • Must be willing to work Onsite in Makati
