About the role We are seeking an experienced HRBP Manager to join our dynamic team in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office. As the HRBP Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support and guidance to our business partners, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with our overall organizational goals. This is a full-time position. What you'll be doing Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored HR solutions Advise on a wide range of HR policies, processes and programmes to drive employee engagement and performance Provide hands-on support for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement and continuously improve HR practices Stay up-to-date with HR regulations and best practices to ensure compliance Coach and mentor HR professionals within the team What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Specialist, preferably in the banking industry Strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to translate them into practical solutions Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Demonstrated experience in managing and developing HR professionals Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field If you are excited about this opportunity and feel you have the right skills and experience, we encourage you to apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
