We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for End-User Support, Managing Hardware & Software Inventory, overseeing company-wide security monitoring, setting up security protocols and roadmap, managing security audits with partners, configuring and designing networks, possessing knowledge of IT setups, and participating in or leading IT projects (such as network implementation and software interface) as an advisor or project lead when necessary.

• Change management
• Manage equipment & software, IDs for employee onboarding, offboarding.
• End-User Management
• Conduct security checks and improvements for document and device security, network security across the entire company, and security vulnerabilities of partner companies.
• Conduct regular security audits and online training sessions to enhance employees' awareness of security measures.
• Conduct research and planning for obtaining company security certificates (such as SOC2, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Develop a comprehensive security roadmap for the entire organization and document protocols to ensure they remain up to date at all times.
• Provide advice on network infrastructure projects, company HR portal system implementation, and clients application integration projects, attend meetings to assist with project-related matters, and occasionally lead projects.
• Maintain communication with all third-party, partners, clients, answering in a timely manner, scheduling calls and meetings.
• Communicate with internal departments, business leads, and relationship manners.
• Ensure up-to-date awareness of IT Compliance standards.
• Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• Create IT infrastructure diagrams and documents related to protocols.

• The ideal candidate is a self- motivated team player with a strong IT background, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• 5+ Years in IT operation/project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably has experience with the following tools and platforms:
  • Email: O365, ZOHO
  • Cloud: Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure
  • Security: Sophos, SonicWall, KnowBe4, Duo, Windows Defender
  • Monitoring: Teramind, Veriato
  • Communication: Slack, Teams, Zoom, WebEx, OpenPhone
  • VPN: NetExtender, OpenVPN
• Firewalls, Routers and Switches Monitoring, Setup and Configuration
• Problem-solving skills are necessary to identify ways of complying with rules and regulations avoiding creation of inefficiency in the organization.
