We are seeking an experienced Finance Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting process within our organization. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong background in accounting operations, proficiency in advanced Excel functions, and expertise in using accounting applications such as SAP or Oracle. The ideal candidate has experience in the BPO accounting process and is capable of building and managing financial databases, spreadsheets, and ledgers across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize Excel at its full capacity for financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and ledgers for accurate financial tracking.
  • Ensure proper use of accounting systems (SAP or Oracle) to streamline financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in BPO accounting processes and managing end-to-end accounting functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP or Oracle accounting applications.
  • Ability to create and manage databases, spreadsheets, and financial ledgers across different systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team management capabilities.
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood.
