The Opportunity at a Glance We’re hiring a Performance Manager to lead Better Rehab’s digital marketing ecosystem — across paid search, paid social, SEO, analytics, and martech integration. This is a full-time, hybrid role for Philippine-based candidates , employed under a proper PH setup with only one (1) in-office visit per month. You’ll oversee a high-performing digital marketing team and own the strategy and optimisation of Better Rehab’s paid and organic channels across multiple regions — including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA. The role is ideal for a data-obsessed marketing professional who loves uncovering insights, building scalable growth strategies, and maximising return on every campaign.
