Responsibilities- Support marketplace performance by monitoring reports, resolving catalog issues, and driving optimization strategies.
- Ensure smooth operations, improve product visibility, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
- Review daily and weekly performance reports (e.g., gainers/drainers, OOS, CRaP) and identify issues.
- Monitor Buy Box ownership and provide insights on causes of loss (pricing, competition).
- Audit brand onboarding to ensure listings are active, attributed, and varied correctly.
- Recommend actions to pricing and strategy teams based on ASP trends.
- Support optimization tasks such as variation assembly and bullet cleanup.
- Monitor and resolve item-level issues such as suppressed listings, incorrect product detail pages, and compliance flags.
- Submit and manage support cases in Amazon systems as needed; partner with the Marketplace team to resolve compliance documentation issues.
- Track and resolve difficult catalog items and escalate to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Conduct regular Buy Box audits to identify losses to resellers or third-party competition.
- Report daily and weekly insights to the Marketplace team; evaluate catalog performance using gainer/drainer reports to identify root causes of underperformance.
- Review and compare NetSuite product lists with Amazon to identify missing ASINs or content gaps.
- New Brand & Catalog QA: audit product lists to ensure all SKUs are listed and attributed properly; identify missing ASINs and catalog inconsistencies; support onboarding and catalog health management of new brands.
- Strategic Cleanup & Reporting: clean up legacy ASINs, maintain item-level audit checklists, and contribute to weekly item health reports; collaborate on content optimization tasks related to catalog structure.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, including flat files, variation structures, and compliance workflows.
- 1-4 years of experience in Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related support role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis).
- Prior experience with Helium10, ChannelAdvisor (Rithum), or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify and resolve listing or compliance issues proactively.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams; clear and effective communicator.
