Job title: Senior Medical Representative at Philcare Pharma Job Summary Responsible for promoting Philcare Pharma products to hospitals and healthcare professionals through strategic targeting, relationship building, and product education. Responsibilities Identify key customers/supporters (hospitals, distributors, wholesalers, etc.) of Philcare products to develop and implement specific targeting strategies. Establish strong inter‑personal relationships and build true business partnerships with key stakeholders, including target specialty doctors, pharmacists, nurses, decision makers, and influencers at all departmental levels of assigned accounts. Develop, maintain, and leverage relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other individuals who influence purchasing/prescribing decisions. Develop and maintain mastery of product knowledge and a consultative sales approach. Understand and articulate the most up‑to‑date, clinically approved studies to educate customers and handle questions or concerns about Philcare Pharma products. Key Roles for Professional Medical Representatives Maintain and expand sales in designated territory assignments and provide continued education and service to targeted physicians. Deliver product presentations to targeted customers. Manage hospital sales and marketing expense budget to maximize the effectiveness of expenditures. Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives. Maintain territory profitability through sensible expense control measures. Utilize monthly budget to maximize profitability and return on investment. Provide competitive market surveillance and market trend information to management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience. Proficiency in MS Office.
