Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the CALABARZON region.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail accounts to expand our market reach and achieve area saturation.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and product presentations to existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock levels on shelves to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with buyers and store managers.
  • Understand each client's unique business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their pet category sales.
  • Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, monitoring competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategies within the region.
  • Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve our market position and product offerings.
  • Ensure all merchandising guidelines are followed in-store, including proper shelf placement, pricing, and the use of promotional materials.
  • Conduct product knowledge training sessions for store staff to empower them to effectively sell our products.
  • Passionately represent our brand and embody our love for pets in all interactions.
  • Manage sales administration using CRM software, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), pharmaceutical, or pet industry.
  • Experience in CALABARZON is a significant advantage.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to open new accounts, negotiate effectively, close deals, and grow business within an existing territory.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for results. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and planning skills to efficiently cover a large geographic territory.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Passion: A genuine love for animals and an interest in the pet care industry is highly desirable.
