About the Role The Business Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic growth and diversification initiatives. This role requires a highly analytical and creative individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, conducting in-depth research, and developing actionable recommendations to support key business decisions. Market Research & Analysis Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the multiple market sectors. Analyze market data, including market size, growth potential, and competitive landscape. Identify and assess new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Strategic Planning & Development Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans, including market entry strategies, go-to-market plans, and growth strategies. Develop and evaluate business cases for new projects and initiatives, including financial modeling and risk assessment. Conduct competitive intelligence gathering and analysis to identify competitive advantages and inform strategic decision-making. Business Development Support Provide analytical support to business development activities, including market entry strategies, customer segmentation, and value proposition development. Conduct market research and analysis to support the identification and qualification of potential partners and customers. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Project Management Manage and execute ad-hoc projects as assigned, including market research studies, competitive analyses, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or market research. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights. Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software. Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
