Job summary We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Specialist / Product Trainer who will be responsible for conducting product training sessions, promoting our home appliance line, and supporting sales growth through enhanced product knowledge and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Conduct engaging product training programs for field teams, promoters, and dealer staff to improve product knowledge and sales performance. Introduce and explain marketing programs to regional teams and dealers; provide feedback on effectiveness and suggest improvements. Evaluate market trends, consumer preferences, and local practices to recommend product adjustments or new sales approaches. Support sales and marketing events such as product demos, trade shows, caravans, and exhibitions, ensuring strong product representation. Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies to maintain or strengthen the company’s market position. Handle inquiries from dealers and customers regarding product specifications and technical information. Develop effective training materials and creative presentation methods to maximize learning and engagement. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Brand Communications teams on product launches and promotional campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). At least 2 years of experience in product training, sales, or marketing (home appliances background is an advantage). Strong communication and presentation skills.
