Senior General Ledger Accountant

Responsibilities Oversee the review and approval of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Payroll entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies. Lead monthly financial closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and process improvements, coordinating with all areas of Finance to meet global timelines. Manage cash advances, reimbursements, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to accounting best practices. Qualifications Graduate of BS Accountancy. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) At least 5 years of experience in finance analysis, accounting, tax, and audit. Minimum of 3+ years of leadership/supervision experience in various finance functions (Accounts Payable, Payroll, Financial Reporting, etc.). Worked with BPO/Call Center/Shared Services industry Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS applications; excellent communication and presentation skills.
